Vacation
- Maximum accrual for vacation is 40 days. The balance can go over 40 during the year but must be back down to 40 on January 1.
- Full time employees earn 1 bonus day on January 2 for the duration of the contract.
- Must be in pay status (working or using accruals) majority of the month to accrue.
- 10-month faculty do not accrue vacation time.

Sick
- Maximum accrual for sick is 200 days.
- Family sick leave has a 30 day use limit per contract year (July 2 - July 1).
- Must be in pay status (working or using accruals) majority of the month to accrue.
- 10-month faculty accrue sick time
Holiday
Holiday
- Holiday time expires one year from when accrued.
- Part Time employees (that meet eligibility) - Earn holiday if it falls on regular work day - The rate is based on normal hours worked that day.
