The range of options below makes it easy to create name tags that present you—and the university—in a polished, professional manner.

Print-on-demand name tags are an easy and economical way to identify university personnel or event attendees. The templates allow you to print name tags as needed.
Peel-and-stick Template:
Microsoft Word peel-and-stick templates were designed to be printed on label paper (Product Number 5395). Purchasing proper stock paper is recommended for best results.

Plastic Name Tags
Reusable plastic name tags identify university personnel on or off campus. In order to produce, review the following:
- Step 1: Select a licensed vendor to produce your name tags and request a quote.
- Step 2: Send the vendor the name tag template below and list of names with appropriate details.
- Step 3: Request a proof from the vendor. If everything looks correct, ask your vendor to submit the proof to the Brand Manager online portal. This is an artwork approval system provided by UB's licensing agent, CLC. Only licensed vendors have access to this system, they know what this is and how to use it.
- Step 4: Receive written approval from UB's Trademarks and Licensing team and move forward with the name tag purchase. When approval is granted in Brand Manager, the vendor is notified immediately, and the trademarks team will send you a copy of approval via email for your records.
