Steps for logging in to Blue Services, powered by iLab, for users acting on behalf of institutions other than the University at Buffalo. Instructions differ for institutions with and without existing iLab integration.

If you are using non-university funds to pay for a service, you are considered an external user and need to either register for an iLab account or login using a different institution's credentials. External users include any UB faculty, staff or student not acting on behalf of UB.
If the institution you are acting on behalf of does not have integration with iLab, you must register for iLab and follow the steps for Logging In Using iLab Credentials. If your institution does have iLab integration, follow the steps for Logging in Using Another Institution's Credentials.
Navigate to .
Click login (Figure 1).

Click the checkbox next to Login using iLab credentials (Figure 2).

Type your username and password in the corresponding text fields.
Click Sign In (Figure 3).

Click Login (Figure 4).

Click the checkbox next to Sign in using other institution credentials (Figure 5).

Search for your institution by typing in the dropdown and select your institution. If your institution is not listed, please follow the steps for Logging In Using iLab Credentials.
Click Go (Figure 6).

The image shows University at Buffalo as an example, but, if you are acting on behalf of UB, follow the steps for Logging In to Blue Services (iLab) for UB Users.
Type your username and password in the corresponding text fields.
Click Sign In.
