The Office of the Registrar is responsible for maintaining academic records for all undergraduate, graduate and pharmacy students.

    The Office of the Registrar is the trustee office for certain kinds of student information. We collect and maintain this information and provide it to authorized users. Students are the “owners” of information collected about them and can change almost all of it at any time.
Dental, Law and Medical Students

Records for the ,  and are maintained within those schools. Current or former dental, law or medical students should contact their respective schools to obtain academic transcripts.
