Level Up Space Use Request

NOTICE:

This form should NOT be used for scheduling console lounge appointments. That should be done using .
Gaming PCs do not require a reservation. They are first-come first-serve.
This form should only be used for classes/groups, tours, or special accommodation.
These requests are subject to review.
Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the requested date.

Self-guided tours:
- Self-guided tours for current and prospective UB students are welcome during Level Up’s hours of operation.
- Self-guided tour groups should be no larger than 15 people and limit their time to 15 minutes.
UBIT-guided tours:
- Requests for UBIT-guided tours must be made at least two weeks in advance.
- Tours typically take 15 minutes.
- Tours for non-UB affiliated groups may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Use of all Level Up equipment is for registered UB students only.
Level Up is not typically a reservable space. It is for open access computing/gaming for UB students.
