As a part of our 2025 focus on Resilience, join Employee Engagement and Success as we welcome Kyle O'Neill for a session on building your individual time management skills.
Change is inevitable but how we adapt to it makes all the difference. During this session, we will discuss how to embrace change within the workplace, turning challenges into opportunities for growth. Developing the ability to navigate change is key to building resilience and moving forward with confidence.
Uncover your natural talents using the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment and personal reflection exercises. This workshop will help you to maximize your strengths and minimize your weaknesses, as well as learn to capitalize on others’ strengths to work more effectively with your team.
