An article in the reports Gov. Andrew Cuomo has signed a bill awarding UB $35 million in state funds to begin the first phase of a larger $375 million strategic development that will relocate the School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences to the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, and also be used to hire new faculty members and expand academic offerings and facilities while reducing class sizes.
