University at Buffalo Police have made significant progress in identifying individuals involved in the altercation that led to the tragic death of a 19-year-old Buffalo State College student near Richmond Quad on the North Campus Friday, Oct. 14.

Police have identified the victim as Tyler Lewis, a 19-year-old male from Baldwin, N.Y., and a student at Buffalo State College, a sister SUNY institution.
