Luley Osman is a first-year graduate student at the University at Buffalo, where she is pursuing a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning with a specialization in Public Transportation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography with a concentration in International Trade from the University at Buffalo and is a proud alumna of the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP).
Luley is passionate about transforming public transportation systems to better serve communities and is earning an Advanced Certificate in Environmental Sustainability. Drawing from both her global perspective and personal experiences, she seeks to create more accessible, efficient, and environmentally conscious transit solutions. Her long-term goal is to redesign Buffalo’s public transportation infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of residents while also serving as a model for mobility improvements in mid-sized cities across the country.
