This webinar will describe the causes and some ways to overcome educator burnout. With nearly every education institution finding recruiting and retaining educators, the roots of the system are built on burnout creating conditions.  In order to overcome burnout,  teachers need to move beyond practices for the system.  Other caring professionals such as nurses have reclaimed agency. From practices and policies,  educators need to redefine professionalism and practices.
